Finding inspiration in butterflies—those colorful bugs that symbolize hope and transformation—Peruvian artisan Teodolinda Seguil handcrafts a pair of dried gourd ornaments with Andean motifs. After painting each detail by hand, Teodolinda adds acrylic strings to display the items in all their glory.

"Daughter-in-law loves it!"
My daughter-in-law is an elementary school teacher. I gave this to her as a gift and she loves it. She said she loves having it on her desk there to make it look colorful and cheerful. Im so glad that it was such a hit!
