The U.S. National Park Service Ranger corps was founded in the same tradition. Made using naturally water-resistant Welsh wool; it boasts calfskin patches to reinforce the elbows and shoulders.

“good cold weather sweater”

this is a very heavy, well-made sweater. with a medium weight jacket it will keep me warm in temps down in the twenties. did not shrink upon washing. only reason i did not rate it five stars was it is very itchy. i would recommend wearing it only over a long sleeved shirt.

“Husband loved!”

My husband loves the military style sweaters and this suits him perfectly. Hes tall and thin and this is a great layer without being too bulky.
