A designer from El Salvador, Rhina Rehmann is proud to present this wall hanging, made from 100% cotton. The tapestry features the face of a Mayan warrior in a white color against a body of Prussian blue. The designs present in this wall hanging are achieved using the batik method, where a wax resist is applied to the fabric before it is submerged in a vat of dye.
