I just received my "Starling Romance" ring, and I am admiring the craftsmanship and the fine details of this lovely piece of jewelry. On top of being simply beautiful, I also find the ring so delightfully 'exotic' and 'magical' . When gazing at the silver birds I think of a fairy tale. . This ring holds a very special charm. I was very pleased , too, to experience the pretty wrapping and jewelery box, plus a wonderful , personal greeting. Thanks so very much. Exotic Gift

These were gifts for my nieces - I ordered two sets. They always wonder what Aunt Mer got them for Christmas - because I always send them something from Novica! They started trying to figure out what the paper was made of and how... They grew curious about the people who made the journals and researched! It's safe to say, they were enchanted. Since Christmas, the older of the two uses one regularly as a journal and the other for creative writing. The younger one writes and draws in hers. My brother had to convince them to start using them - they both regarded them more as objects of art than journals! I'm glad they got past that, but it does speak volumes about the beauty of these journals.
