"Walking horse"

I have bought 1 other horse from this artist which was beautiful. This one arrived with the raised front leg broken off and the color and length did not even match the over-all color of the horse, or the length needed to balance the horse and the horse would not even stand up. This was known when it was sent to me and it is out of stock now. Customer service will not refund my money until the horse is sent back after they send me a label which will probably take 3-4 weeks before I get a refund. I have spent 1,000s of dollars on purchases from them but will not be purchasing anything more.
