The width of the ring does go beyond the width of the finger - but that is what adds to its coolness. Well crafted, has a good weight but not overly heavy. Can handle day to day cleaning /cooking/ working chores. Love the star / flower in the center - a little girly but not too girly. Sizing was always perfect.No need to size up or down

This rain is even more spectacular in person. It is made impeccably, and I?ve gotten tons of compliments on it. It is designed to be comfortable even though it is a large band. I would suggest ordering up a half -to a full size, since it is a band style right.

I argued with myself until I finally won!

I love band rings, but most are so boring....Every few days I found myself returning to view this ring, for my pinkie, which is an especially difficult finger for a ring. But when I first saw this I knew it would be perfect. The design is simple but strong. Using gold and silver together is not something I usually like, but there is some kind of magic combination! I finally worked thru all my negative arguments, like, if I buy another ring I'll probably have more than 5 rings per finger, but the moment I put it on I knew it was a keeper.
