2nd time - great

The first hammock that arrived had a broken wooden rod. I sent 2 photos and the people at Novica acouldn't have been nicer. They immediately contacted me - sent a replacement, made arrangements to ship a new one and it arrived today. It was much better packed and the wood dowel is intact.Also pick up of the broken one was prompt and easy Now I can't wait for spring to unwrap, which I am not doing till then so I hope it is okay as well. As for Novicea their service couldn't be better - prompt and efficient. Just hope there are no problems with the hammock when I finally unwrap. Service gets 5 stars easily

Can't get either of my kids out of it... we now need 2!

My daughter wanted this for her birthday, and I'll say at first I was dubious. BUT... We hung this from a big branch in our backyard and our kids love it. It is comfortable and well made. You can easily adjust the height by wrapping the top loop a couple of times to give you fine control once you've got it up. We take ours down every night and hope to have many years of happy sitting.

Exceeded my expectations!

Beautiful blue color, flawless construction with quality materials. Also came with matching ropes to adjust and secure, including (2) ?S? hooks. Very comfortable, plenty big enough and very stable. We love it! Was blown away by how fast we received it! Received it in less than 2 days from ordering. Ordered Sunday night and received it Tuesday morning. I expected it to take several days. Glad to have it early and start enjoying it this Spring.
