Guatemala's Luisa Villavicencio designs an elegant long sleeve sweater that is knitted with the cotton harvested at her family's farm. Featuring ivory, brown and jade horizontal stripes, the colors are natural as Villavicencio rescues the harvesting of different cotton seeds used by the Maya. She says, "I designed this sweater considering the desires of today's women to dress in casual elegance."

Cristina's work draws inspiration from traditional Peruvian techniques and materials, contemporary styles, and retro glamour. She is currently juggling working as a designer with finishing school and raising her son.
