Novica follows up promptly about receiving a payment, when the item is shipped and allows me to track it on their site if I chose to. The people are courteous and sincere to please me with my purchase. The quality of the merchandise is outstanding. Even though some items are a bit more pricy, you really get what you pay for. When I communicated with them, they answered quickly and seemed sincere in trying to answer my request. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the item was shipped from another country and how beautifully it was packaged and contained information about the maker of the item. They are a real class act and I enjoy supporting an honest, eager to please establishment and what their intentions are in supporting other people around the world.
