Evans Nii Adjetei Adjey pays tribute to all the tribes in Ghana, especially their mask legacy. "In Ghanaian cultures, masks are highly regarded because we believe some of them represent our forefathers," explains the artist. "Other types of masks are used to intercede for protection, on behalf of people during a time of crisis."
