Surreal Brazilian Beach Painting, "Beach of the 12 Apostles"

Where sea and sky meet in a union of intense blue, the sun rises like a human eye. It watches over a sandy beach strewn with rugged rock formations. "The scenery is inspired by 12 Apostles Beach in Australia, where rocks at the edge of the sea are sculpted by the force of the water and of the wind," artist L. Ferreira says.
