With bowed head and weary shoulders, a woman walks alone despite anonymous people who surround her. Joseph Adibleku depicts the young mother in traditional West African dress. "The African woman often has to go through all sorts of hardship to make a living," he says with compassion. "She is a single mother who is determined to secure a good future for her children."
