NOVICA is so proud to announce that Regina Bimadona, our national representative in Indonesia, has been one of the select few to be cited in the country’s Award Magazine to receive a government award as one of Indonesia’s top women entrepreneur award 2020!
A ceremony was held in February 2020 to acknowledge Regina and the other winners in various categories.
Regina is quoted as saying, “My mind and my heart have been looking back to the past 2 decades. There were so many memorable moments during the last 19 years, all those challenging times from the beginning during which our baby, Novica in Indonesia, just started to build and to grow. Mindset, passion, service, and action are truly things that have always burned within me and keep me focused, nurturing and committed, despite the hard times. I wanted our precious baby, Novica in Indonesia, to be past its difficult times and to grow well. I believed in my dreams- our dreams, and one day Novica transformed as if to be a strong, amazing tree of life, promoting cultures and sustainability. We strive to shelter the life of many people, to impact artisans, customers, and to take care of the well-being of all our employees and their families, our Novica families.”
