There are many words and phrases that can be used to describe me, but those who know me well will often say that above all else, I’m an animal lover. Cats, dogs, horses, and farm animals have always been present in my life. I have an affection for pretty much all animals, from pesky and frisky squirrels to admittedly not-so-cute possums. My love for critters is obvious to anyone who sees many of my knick-knacks and much of my jewelry collection! NOVICA has a wide selection of animal-themed jewelry and decor that make wonderful gifts for animal lovers.
While I don’t love snakes, even I have to profess an admiration of this unique silver king cobra ring. I’d much rather see the likeness of a snake wrapped around my finger than lay eyes on a real one!
If décor is a more appropriate gift, I think it would be hard to top this carved wood chimp catchall bowl. It would not only be useful but also make a great conversation piece! Wood camel bookends would add some great character to anyone’s library or den. One of the most precious things I’ve seen in a long time (and wouldn’t mind having for myself!) is this wooden penguin puzzle box. It’s as beautiful and well-made as it is sweet and fun!
Tableware also offers several possibilities. Any fan of both animals and tea would enjoy this colorful hand painted Majolica ceramic creamer and sugar service set.
Wine lovers and collectors will appreciate this unique hand-carved elephant wine holder. One thing that I would love to display but am not sure I could bring myself to use is this cow cutting board. What a great idea!
Something that might not immediately come to mind when thinking about gifts for an animal-lover is lighting. There are many options from which to choose, including this metal macaw lamp and even a steel gecko sconce! Wouldn’t you like to see that guy climbing up your wall?
People who love animals are likely to also love just about anything that resembles an animal. I know I do! While earrings or necklaces might be the easiest and most elegant choice, there are clearly options outside the jewelry box! My only piece of advice would be to keep the real snakes to yourself.
