Roland, the Lead Consultant for The Ross Tutors is a veteran Trainer who has worked for global firms like BAT, Price Waterhouse Associates, The Ausdrill Group, AngloGold Ashanti, Banro Corporation in the DRC among others. He holds a first degree in Sociology and Education. His post graduate studies were in Industrial Management and Economics. Over the past 20 years, on various training programmes, Roland has shared management and life skills experience with over five thousand managers, supervisors, pastors and church youths across the country and beyond. Roland is known for developing training programmes from scratch based on survey results. He is well versed in undertaking training needs assessments involving diverse targets. Roland is also passionate about facilitating learning. Mr Ewool is certified to teach the Deloitte /DDI Learning Systems courses. He has received commendation from participants on various courses he has taught, for teaching excellence and for exhibiting excellent platform skill. Roland also loves writing and has written for a number of house magazines. In the past few years, he has been writing short stories under the theme “Fiction brewed from true life stories” He plans publishing in due course.
