Expanding upon the knowledge she gained studying with Karen hill tribe silversmiths, Thai artisan Lalana crafts these modern sterling silver drop earrings which feature intertwined outlines. She blunts the ends of the shapes based on gerbera daisy petals and thus updates a traditional floral motif. Glowing with a high polish finish, these memorable post earrings fasten with butterfly clasps.

“Cute, but...”

These earrings are lightweight and cute but not very well made. They were crooked and the ear loop piece was put on backwards on both of them. I had to open the loop and turn the earpieces around. It looks as if this artist is just learning the process as they were not put together well. More maturity needs to be had before I will purchase from this artist again. Otherwise, they are cute and lightweight as indicated.

“Love these earrings!”

So very happy with the earrings. They are prettier and more dainty than they look in the picture. They are also super comfortable. They are a new favorite of mine.
