Meaning "egg" in Ghana's Twi language, this design is named Nkosua. The oval wall mirror is handcrafted by West African artisan Winfred Korley, who uses local sese wood to create the frame.

Beautiful piece of functional art. It is displayed in my entry hall, with African artifacts I have collected over the years, and never fails to elicit comments from people entering my home. I love that it doesnt really look too new, so it fits in with the theme of older items. Too, the size is perfect.

Colors are vivid. Mirror slightly distorts my image.

The table is beautiful and in the spirit of the Adrinka. I love it. However, know this:1) the table is very light, it easily slips on hard floors and could tip in the process2) it is not carved out of a block as more ancient artifacts, but of three distinct pieces assembled by screws3) it is not totally even, so if you place it on a hard floor, you ll have to rig it so it does not wobble
