I got this for my husband who studies Indonesian history. When we lived in Indonesia we always wanted one, but at the time could not afford one. It is so wonderful that now such products with amazing craftsmanship are available to those abroad. One of the sticks did break, but that was probably due to the fact our 5 year old couldnt stop playing with it. It is magical.

Honestly, never thought Id want a pencil holder of all things, but this piece has such a great look and feel to it Im glad to have found it. Has a great weight to it, so no worries of it tipping over.
