Inspired by memories of Kaliurang, Balinese artisan Sapto Daryono designs this photo frame. Four mirrored glass panes surround the frame, given a rustic, aged finish. Says Sapto, "Kaliurang is a small town about 25 kilometres north of the city of Yogyakarta on the southern slopes of Mount Merapi volcano in central Java in Indonesia. Kaliurang is a resort town, popular as a weekend destination for visitors from Yogyakarta."

“Beautiful box for treasured items”

I love the pressed glass designs on this box and the way the bottom mirror catches light. It makes whatever is within seem even more precious.
