“second time its faulty”

The first dispenser had a chip on the threaded top which caused the pump to not attach. I opted for an exchange of the item. It arrived after Christmas (on New Years Eve) and had a matt finish rather than shiny glaze. The pump did not attach to this one either.

“Wish I could use it!”

I was excited to get this soap dispenser, and immediately opened the [well-wrapped] box to see it. The designs are very pretty. Only problem--the pump doesnt work! I contacted Novica, but havent gotten any response. To return the dispenser is quite expensive, so I asked to receive a different pump. Still waiting...

A beautifully handcrafted Talavera wall vase will occupy a place of honor on our covered patio. Artist Ivan Martinez creativity and artistic use of color make this piece a standout. “Hecho en México” has extra meaning for me. Arrived carefully packaged and on time. Thank you!
