The artisan hand carves the gourd and creates various tones of rich brown by artfully passing the gourd over a controlled flame. The adjustable strap is leather, and leather strips also hold the hinge and snap closure, creating a unique and lovely accessory.

The workmanship is beautiful. The strap is very long but can be cut to fit your needs. Very well made and interesting. One of a kind purse.

“Delightful Colors”

Ms. Seguils work is my latest Novica discovery! I just LOVE the colors used on this ornament. The designs are textured and stand out so clearly. Im displaying it on a shelf as its so refreshing to see when I walk past. I plan on ordering more of them to give as gifts in the future.
