Capybaras are an example of resilience, as they remain friendly and gentle even after facing many natural predators. Though they are admired for their unique personalities, they are endangered by changes in their habitat caused by human intervention. Determined to raise awareness about the situation, Peruvian artisan Sugo hand-carves this cedar wood sculpture of a capybara, painting every detail by hand.
