A dainty pearl emerges from the mouth a clam shell in Wayan Lasti's latest creation. The artisan crafts the pendant from sterling silver, placing a cultured freshwater pearl in the shell's mouth. The pendant swings from a sterling silver rolo chain that fastens with a lobster claw clasp.
