The scarf is exactly as pictured. The fabric is really soft and it's a good size -- some scarves are huge, but this one is just right.

I use this as a summer hat band. It makes a great Patriot bow on my Navy Blue hat. The colors are bright, don't fade and the scarf it self washes easily. I hand wash and hang dry. It may not of been it's intended use but, after seeing how delightful the colors are, I couldn't resist!
These items are so lovely, colorful, exuberant as to be worn for special occasions or even in rather sacred moments.
