Corn has nourished humanity for hundreds of years, becoming a symbolic element in many cultures. David Fernando Duke from El Salvador is also fascinated by this nutritious vegetable, creating an abstract composition from acrylic and oil. Using a palette of cool hues, the artisan adds a corn image on top of the blue background, all in a warm palette for a contrasting style. Made in honour of the prosperous fields of his homeland, the painting is also titled Tiempo de Cosecha I in Spanish.
You can find our 'harvest Time I' by David Fernando Duke in paintings categories such as Fruits and Veggies Paintings, Abstract Paintings, Abstract Paintings and Mixed Media Paintings. Enjoy exploring these sections for other Novica treasures.
