Ive been using these salad servers about four times a week for 6 weeks or so, and theyve been washed up each of those times and still look great. THey are nicely designed to scoop up salad in a bowl to toss, and they feel good in the hand—handles are not too thin, the utensils are light but retain the beautiful wood markings.

I love these hand-made, delicate wooden knives. They are not meant for very heavy use--eg, cutting tough meat--but I use them frequently for less taxing use. They are very pretty and I enjoy putting them on the table for guests or using them myself.

This was a gift and they like it very much. They hung it in the kitchen as art and for easy access when they need a cutting board.
