Unique design, appealed to me because it also, (when viewed from the side) looks like a musical note, with the pearl being the 'note'. It is comfortable, and my birthstone--so as a professional musician it was a 'must have'!
I originally purchased a ring in this same design with a blue topaz stone for a special occasion. Loved it so much I bought another one of the same design with an amethyst for every day wear. Love the weight, quality and design of both.
