“Sooo unhappy”

I love the fabric and the design, but the sizing is absolutely terrible. Per other reviews I had hoped the design flaw had been corrected but no. I tried sending an offline email expressing my extreme disappointment in purchasing a $100 item that I cannot use, yet I received no response whatsoever. I am not a seven foot Amazon woman, you ve been told multiple times the sizing is wrong, yet you still haven t corrected my order nor the product for other buyers, completely unacceptable. How I spend my money is important and I expect quality. Completely not recommended, and still expecting recompense.

“Belt Loop Placement Too Low”

I love this robe, but the belt loops are about four inches (10 cm) below my waist! I am 58 (173 cm) tall, which is a bit above the average American woman. If not for that, I would give it five stars! PS: Photo wouldnt upload...:(

“The only robe Ill wear!”

I already had one of these, I love the beautiful colours and the softness of the fabric. However, Im an idiot and got some cleaning product on it which bleached and ruined it so I had to get a new robe because it is my favourite. Sometimes I dont bother getting dressed for a few hours after my shower (the luxury of being able to work remotely)! Note to self: do not clean the shower while wearing this robe.

“Very lovely Jacket!”
