At the end of a long workday, the world starts to look calm, and so does it for the Peruvian fishermen, whose routine can start and end at every time of the day. As the main inspiration for artist Carlos Morales, the lives and experiences of these men are the protagonists of an impressionist painting made with oil on canvas. The composition, titled Barca al atardecer I in Spanish, depicts a boat on the serene Peruvian coast, with an unknown fisherman's tools and accessories resting inside as a sign of successful work.
