"They put a song in my heart."
My dream is to own a full set of talavera ceramic dinnerware. I am 70 and on a fixed income so it may take awhile. So, I started off with these mugs. They are so colorful and make me happy just to look at them. The skill of the artisans to put these designs on the pottery is unparalleled and it amazes me. They are exactly as shown and packaged well. I just love them.

"Larger, More Beautiful than Expected"
I ordered this set and was stunned by its beauty and size when I received it. I did discover that the hand made oil bottle leaked. Novica handled the exchange without issue. I ordered another set for a relative at Christmas who also thought it was gorgeous. I will probably purchase additional sets for other friends and relatives.

"My friend loved it"
This was a Christmas gift for a dear friend. It looks good, and she is very pleased with it. All of the little dishes are removable, so people have many ways of using them and the main platter. The only caveat is that the bottom of the platter is a bit rough, so be careful not to slide it across a bare table.

"I wish there were more in this style!"
I bought a couple other pieces of Talavera pottery from Novica, but they are strictly decorative figurines and honestly kind of boring compared to the dynamism of this piece. I love both the ability to serve as a planter as well as the way that it sits comfortably on a ledge which gives it a feeling of motion. I have also knocked into it a couple times without knocking it off. I would love to see more pieces that incorporate the functionality and dynamism of this ducky!
