“Nice but...”

I was really excited to get delivery of this necklace but I am a bit disappointed. The pendant is eye catching, but the silver setting is too large for the stone. Further, the chain is way too delicate for the pendant. The ring is so tiny I had trouble getting the clasp to catch.

“I loved this ring until the stone fell out”

I absolutely adored this ring until the center stone fell out. It looked great on my hand and I received several compliments. I would love to get another one, but Im worried the same will happen. Please initiate changes to insure the stone is secure and does not fall out. Theres nothing worse than wasting money. Thank you.
