Red, fuchsia and boysenberry purple mingle on russet in a bright diamond brocade. Woven by hand on a backstrap loom, the fabric becomes a colourful coin purse by Petrona Perez and the Women Artisans Association. These Maya artisans bring new uses to a traditional craft.
The reverse side is solid russet.
