This beautiful Talavera-style wall planter is made by Mexico's Ivan Martinez, who uses techniques that have been employed for centuries. The planter is crafted from ceramic and carefully painted by hand before being fired at high temperatures; the entire process takes more than two weeks. The planter features a hole in the bottom for drainage.

"beautiful, well done, visually striking"
A beautiful ceramic planter which design and color are striking and basically a piece of art. I have flowering plants on both of them. At first, I was apprehensive about buying ceramic online due to the extremely delicate nature of it, but upon unpacking I realize that the packaging was so top notch that it would take more than just regular shipping roughness to break the planters. It was so professionally well done.

"second time its faulty"
The first dispenser had a chip on the threaded top which caused the pump to not attach. I opted for an exchange of the item. It arrived after Christmas (on New Years Eve) and had a matt finish rather than shiny glaze. The pump did not attach to this one either.
