“Not quite right”

I love the design, the colors and the tassels and was so looking forward to getting this. But my bag is very asymmetrical. Its all off center and Ive tried to fix it with ironing and safety pins but I cant. Its like it was massed produced or done in a hurry. So disappointing! Im not sure I want to pay shipping costs to be sent back to India.
