This beautiful pair of ceramic ornaments is from Jose Arriola in Guatemala. Crescent moons, about to eclipse glowing suns, are painted by hand in marvelous detail. The two ornaments are ready to hang from red ribbons. The backs of the ornaments are painted in a solid colour and signed by the artist.

“Beautiful angels”

I love the Earth Angels. Each represents earth, air, fire, water, with appropriate designs. Larger than I expected. Im a repeat customer of Jose Arriolas fine craftmanship and will be again. Beautiful on my Guatemala tree, a small tree with ornaments from that wonderful country.

Jose creates the most beautiful ceramic ornaments and figurines. His family has lived in Antigua for more than 100 years and he takes great pride in practicing the same ceramic techniques his ancestors used. He wishes to help this tradition continue and he teaches anyone in his community who has an interest in learning.

Microcredit Financing
