Though finished with a jet-black glaze, this exquisite ceramic dinner plate by Pedro Tecayehuatl features feathery motifs representing nature. His design makes a dramatic addition to a well-set table. The artisan faithfully replicates Puebla's traditional Talavera technique, but omits the lead required by the original glazes.
