tableware - serveware - blue - glass
The deep cobalt blue pitcher has a very sturdy feel to it. It stands 10 inches tall and would work well serving any liquid. I'm going to look to see if there are matching glasses available. Also, it's heavy enough to be used as a flower vase. I'm very pleased with this purchase, Mary C.
My brother thinks it's too lovely to use -- he wants it on the mantelpiece above the fireplace ... I suggested that he and my sister-in-law use it for their romantic evenings of crackers & cheese (and wine) ... She liked that idea. They love it.
I have purchased glasses over a long period of time made by these craftsmen. This is the first large piece I have bought. The photo does not do it justice. It is a show stopper. Color is vivid. Heavy, which is what I want in a pitcher - might take a bowling ball to tip it. It pops, but, I have come to expect nothing less from Javier and Efren.
