This is a great jewelry box! It is beautifully made and so much fun to display. The drawers are lined which is great for storing your things. The carvings are very special.

This walnut jewelry box, "Hypnotic Tree" is beautiful. I love the "secret" mechanism that releases the lock and I love how well crafted this jewelry box is. With a tray inside and the entire interior lined in red velvet this is a jewelry box worthy of my most treasured jewelry. As always with Novica, it was very well packed and quickly shipped. I love my new treasure.

This kind of master handcrafting is so beautiful but difficult to find in the USA. I was especially touched by M. Ayub?s write up about the Kashmir Valley and how he learned his craft which was historically passed from one generation to the next but attracts fewer and fewer artisans these days.
