The divine and stunning peacock is an unmistakable sign of luxury and style in any creation of the Balinese region. Inspired by this gorgeous bird and its symbolism, artisan Made Wardika makes a distinguished piece paying homage to this regal creature, now adorning a sterling silver pendant necklace. Enhanced with a carved moon-shaped bone accent—a symbol of mysticism—and a combination of polished and oxidized finishes, the accessory is crowned with faceted amethyst, garnet and peridot jewels totaling over one carat.

It's impossible to describe with sufficient detail the beauty of this pendant necklace, presented by Bali's Dewi Putera. Artisans start by crafting a kite-shaped pendant using a combination of handwork and casting. The pendant is adorned with bezel set gemstones--amazonite, blue topaz, amethyst, and garnet--as well as 18k gold plated accents, and hangs from a high-relief sterling silver ring. The two ends of a naga chain, featuring swirl and dot patterns, individually grasp the ring to create a Y shape.

Rainbow-hued gemstones sparkle on Ketut Sulastri's colorful pendant necklace. The Balinese artisan uses three gemstone types--green peridot, red garnet, and iridescent rainbow moonstone--to craft the necklace, placing them inside an openwork, pear-shaped pendant. The pendant swings from a sterling silver ball chain that fastens with a spring ring clasp.

The alley cat does her best to stay in the shadows. Contending with other night creatures, the feline also prefers to be neither seen nor heard. No wonder they call them "cat burglars!" The nocturnal nature of the notorious alley prowler is captured in beautiful detail by Balinese artisan Made Wardika. The circular pendant features a smiling crescent-moon, hand-carved from bone, with a cat of sterling silver sitting beside it. A pair of faceted garnet gemstones flank them, while the top and bottom are adorned with amethyst and peridot gems. The entire necklace receives a combination of oxidized and high-polish finishes for stunning visual contrast.
