Since these are individually handmade, my owl was a bit more on a medium brown tone color. The sculpture feels sturdy. However, it is a piece of art and not a toy. I keep my piece away from little curious hands who may not treat the owl wisely. The craftsmanship is admirable.
Many animal carvings look very stiff and unnatural but this panther sculpture captures the movement of a cat with its sloping back and arched neck. The beadwork depicting an elephant and a bird is lovely. I'm happy to be able to support the artist who designed and created this lovely piece.
The piece is true to what is depicted. I'm a lover of cats and enjoy seeing this sculpture on my floor, in a corner spot. Thank you Kobina for your dedication to the arts, and to animals.
"I make each design a special one. No molds are used to craft them so, if I make 100 alike, no two are ever identical and each one has something that distinguishes it."
