Ornate Taxco Silver Birds & Flower Chandelier Earrings, "Garden Lovebirds"
These elegant, ornate earrings recall vintage jewelry from the late 1800s to the early 1900s. The style, featuring traditional motifs like birds, flowers and leaves, is still popular among the Mazahua women in the states of Mexico, Michoacan and Queretaro. Their handcrafted earrings reflect region's traditional motifs like birds, flowers and leaves. Working in sterling silver from Taxco, Roy Nilson crafts antique-style chandeliers with lovebirds that alight above textured blossoms that host polished teardrops.

"These earrings are special and very unique"
