"I get inspired when I see crowd of people in the market, at the stadium or anywhere people are gathered."
“Maxwell Boadi is my name; I am a painter. I was born in Accra in Ghana in 1982. My friends know me to be a good person, and a bold expressionist in approaching my work.
“The art of painting is an innate gift. I have loved to paint the things I see from a tender age. Knowing this, I pursued courses in this field to help me improve on my skills. I am now glad to be able to teach others how to paint.
“I use oil paints; they are easy to work with. They take a long time to dry, however, which is often challenging. Learning how to use the palette knife to paint was very terrible for me when I began, especially the results of my work! As I kept on practicing the technique, I became better, and am now able to control it. The dancing strokes within the painting and the thick colors I apply are my favorite aspects of my work.
“I get inspired when I see crowd of people in the market, at the stadium, or anywhere people are gathered.
“It is my dream to become one of the most famous top artists.”
