Arching its body in a relaxing stretch, a charming cat is hand-carved from natural guacayan wood to form the pendant of this necklace from Peru. Artisan duo Antuane and Santos create this pendant necklace, adorning the wearer on cotton cord.

This necklace looks so nice with a simple summer top or sundress - it is short enough that it falls perfectly above the neckline. The wood is smooth and so lightweight you hardly know you are wearing it. Very happy!

"Best Cherished Heirloom"
This was a perfect gift for my adult daughter who is still a kid at heart. She is a big elephant lover. We had seen a movie about living abroad and saving the lives of baby elephants. She wanted to do this, but couldnt. This necklace is a beautiful reminder of loving & trying to help this cause living here in the U.S. The wood is beautiful, and she was delighted with this necklace!
