Alejandra Torres evokes a quiet night in Guanajuato with this beautiful jewelry set. Shaped of agate, a cross centers the necklace, which features onyx, smoky quartz and Mexican silver on a suede cord. Matching earrings complete the ensemble. "This design is inspired by the night and the glimmers of light that the stars send us," the designer confides. The faceted agate totals 6 carats.

"Pretty Jewelry"
The Guanajuato Nights necklace is pretty, and fits my desire for a silver and black necklace/earring set. However, it is a bit bulkier and heavier than I anticipated, and I did not realize that there is no clasp on the necklace and that the cords must be tied together. Not quite the look I was going for, but it is a well-made and attractive set nonetheless.

"Very disappointing bracelet."
When I initially saw this bracelet online, it showed a different picture then what is shown now. The agates were beautiful in shades of blue, red, purple, green, and pink as stated in the description. The bracelet I received looks nothing like the picture I first saw. It also doesnt look like the picture shown now. The agates are dull and dark. This was to be a gift for someone who loves the above stated colors. I will not give them this bracelet and havent decided whether to keep it or return it. This is the first purchase from Novica that I have not been happy with.
