Soft, warm 100% alpaca wool yarns are used to create this pretty hat from Idelsa Guevara in Peru. The hat is knit by hand with cable patterns from milk-white yarns; the artisan adds a cute pompom on top.

"Lovely work and color"
Beautiful color and lovely work! Unfortunately, it was a bit too tight for my head (often have this problem) but I will pass it on as a gift to another who will certainly enjoy it.

"Beautiful and unique"
Once the weather turns cold, I never go anywhere without a hat. This one is both warm and very lovely. I get comments and questions about it all the time. It is true to the measurements listed in the description, and has held its shape well over a great deal of wear. If Ms Guevara made it in an other color, especially greens or blues, I would buy that one as well.

"Alpaca blend hat, aubergine waves"
I did not like this hat on me, it was too big for my head. So, returned it The color was nice, burgundy, but not the fit.
