Details

Shades of copper, brown, tan, green and ochre define mountain paths. Woven on the handloom of naturally tinted wool, this accent rug is an elegant example of Zapotec weaving. Mario Chávez creates the stunning design, named Camino de la vida in Spanish.

Because each piece is individually woven, measurements could vary +/- 1 inch (3 cm) (1.2 in).

Thank you Mario Chavez for creating these wonderful rugs

The rug and its beautiful vibrant colours brought memories of warmer times, when on my frequent Mexico trips, back to cold, dark and wet Scotland - making our winters more bearable. Excellent craftsmanship and also very resilient for daily use - not shredding fibres etc.
