The talented Rachel Armah in Ghana presents an earring design that is rich with authentic African style. She uses polished bull horn beads in a warm brown shade, flanked by smaller beads of natural bauxite and soapstone. The earthy earrings dangle from brass hooks. Armah names the earrings Ohemaa Kese, which means "great queen" in the Akan language.

“Metal not sterling silver”

Earrings were pretty, but the metal was not sterling silver and made my ears hurt.
