"Wonderfully Carved Elephants"
The elephants are so wonderfully carved and the little baby elephant is so cute cause he is teeny! The wood is a dark brown color and the tusks come unattached in a small plastic bag so you can put them yourself and they wont be broken in the shipping of the item. I am very happy with my purchase.

"Grounding Piece for My Ecletic Bathroom"
This handsome elephant mask balances out all of the bright colors of the Latincan American art I have. My roomate attached the tusks and we hung it over the light fixture to gaze out over his domain.

"Not what I expected"
I know every carving is different and not going match the picture.But the one I got was painted solid, cant see any grain. And it feels light and plastic. I was expecting a bit heavier and I did weight it and it was only about 0.1LB lighter than the listed weight.This is first item I ever returned with probably 30+ orders.I did have to say overall the price on Novica is getting a little out the hand, the full price must have gone up 25-50% over the last 3-4 years. Not sure all that increase benefits the artisans or the Novica staff...
