"Welcome Home"
I was thrilled to see this ring in the online listings for Novica -- it looked very promising. So I ordered one and I was NOT disappointed. This ring is just GREAT! The details of the bird and its branch (including the ring shape itself) are VERY WELL DONE. It IS a raven, unlike many other examples of items which SAY that they portray a raven but which could be ANY member of that bird family. This guy has the bump on the nose, the heavy beak and feet, and (dont know how she did it) even a raven-y expression in its eye! We have a LOT of ravens which come around where I live, so I have lots of opportunities to study them. I like them so much I even named my home-based copyediting/proofreading/writing business after them. And now I have a ring to literally advertise my company whenever I wear it. VERY happy and pleased with this ring!!
