Sterling Silver and Amethyst Dangle Earrings in Two Parts, "Raindrop Basket"

Each of these unique earrings made by Indonesian silversmith Asri Paramita has two parts. The upper part has a woven basket design in silver surrounding one amethyst stone, with yet another in raindrop form dangling from that. It is a modern interpretation of some very classic motifs.

"My new favorites!"
These earrings are absolutely charming and I love them. Theyre a great length, not heavy, and combine well with casual and fancy outfits alike. The pearl isnt as vividly pink as in the picture, but its more luminous, if that makes sense. Im looking forward to more from this artist.
